Referral Programme
Effective Date: 01 May 2024
These Terms and Conditions govern the Referral Programme (“Programme”) offered by 50DEGREES (“Company”). By participating in the Programme, participants agree to the following terms:
Eligibility
The Referral Programme is open to individuals who have an active account with 50DEGREES.
Referrals can only be made to individuals or businesses who are new clients and have not previously engaged with 50DEGREES.
Referral Reward
Referees (those who refer others) will receive 7.5% of the total value of the first project that their referred client (the “Referred Client”) completes with 50DEGREES.
The referral reward applies to the first project only. Subsequent projects or transactions by the Referred Client will not qualify for any referral reward.
Referral Process
To be eligible for the referral reward, the Referee must provide the Referred Client’s contact information or unique referral code to 50DEGREES before the Referred Client initiates their first project.
The Referred Client must complete their first project and the associated payment for the Referee to be eligible for the reward.
Payment of Referral Reward
Referral rewards will be calculated based on the net amount of the first project, excluding any VAT, fees, or other charges.
The reward will be paid out to the Referee within 30 days after the Referred Client’s final project payment has been received in full by 50DEGREES.
The payment will be made via bank transfer. The Referee is responsible for providing accurate payment details.
Limitations and Exclusions
The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
The Programme may not be combined with any other referral programmes or promotional offers unless explicitly stated by 50DEGREES.
50DEGREES reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards if fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms is suspected.
Programme Changes and Termination
50DEGREES reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without prior notice.
Any changes to the Programme or its Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on 50DEGREES’ website or other official communication channels.
Legal Compliance
Participants in the Programme are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
50DEGREES is not responsible for any legal, tax, or other implications that may arise from participation in the Programme.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Participants agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration or mediation as determined by 50DEGREES.
Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between participants and 50DEGREES concerning the Referral Programme.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
By participating in the Programme, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
